The Systems Administration CoSI is a group of like minded individuals with an interest in the use of High Powered Computing Clusters and Cloud Infrastructures to run pipelines and bioinformatics tools for the multi-omics analysis of datasets generated from health and diseases, agriculture and environmental research. The focus in this group is on computational or bioinformatics techniques and capacity building in approaches that can help analyse data.
